DO I STILL NEED AN ENTRY TICKET IF I HAVE A PHOTO OR AUTOGRAPH TICKET?

Yes, no entry ticket is included with any of our photograph, autograph, or meet and greet tickets and entrance must be purchased separately. However, if you have one of the Monopoly Events Diamond Passes, this will include entry as well as queue jumping. You can buy auto and photo tickets as well as all types of entry tickets on our ALL TICKETS page.

 

WHO WILL BE AT THE EVENT?

You can get an up-to-date list of current guests for the upcoming event here on our website by clicking here for our GUESTS page. All of our guests will be on the specified page with their attendance days included. We also promote confirmed guests through our social media channels which you can follow online. WILL THE GUEST I WANT TO SEE DEFINITELY BE AT THE EVENT?

All guests attend our events subject to their working commitments and because of this guests CAN cancel their appearance. It should be noted however that Monopoly Events has the lowest guest cancellation record and we always endeavor to get that same guest back to attend another event as soon as they are able. Should a guest cancellation occur we will try to let the public know as soon as possible and you will be refunded for any autograph or photograph tickets you have paid for concerning that particular guest

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Only the guest tickets can be refunded, it is not our policy to refund entry tickets unless the event itself is canceled.

 

DO I HAVE TO BUY A PHOTO OR AUTOGRAPH TO MEET A GUEST?

As you can imagine our guests' time is extremely limited and they are in demand for the entirety of the day with many customers waiting to meet them and have something signed, so in order to definitely meet any of our guests, we ask that you do buy an autograph or photoshoot. You are welcome to queue for a selfie, but we do advise checking at the guest table to ensure that they are allowing selfies before queuing to avoid any disappointments.

HOW MUCH ARE PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS?

As with our guest list, you can find details of all our photo and autograph prices as well as those for meet and greet sessions by visiting our Ticket Outlet sites Ticket Quarter and Skiddle. This should help you to plan your budget accordingly before attending the event.

I DIDN'T GET ANY TICKETS BEFOREHAND, CAN I BUY ON THE DAY?

Provided the opportunity is not sold out then yes, you can either pay by cash or card at the table.

 

HOW DO I MEET A GUEST TO GET SOMETHING SIGNED?

All of our signings take place at guest tables which can be found in the main hall. Simply get into the queue and wait to meet your guest, if you have a disability pass or Diamond Pass then you will be able to surpass the queue. Guests will be signing throughout the day provided they are not on a break, at a Q&A panel, or at a photo shoot.

WHAT TIMES DO GUESTS SIGN AUTOGRAPHS?

Our guests are usually available at signing tables from 9.30am until 5.30pm, this time is obviously interjected with other activities through the day such as live Q&A panels on stage, photoshoots, and break times (including lunch). There will be a schedule on the guests table and also at the end of their queue to help you to check times, please note, these are subject to time changes throughout the day if a photoshoot runs over etc., however, as mentioned previously, we do endeavour to make sure that these times are correct to the best of our ability throughout the course of the event.

 

Sometimes guests may arrive late or early due to travel requirements so please be aware of this when making your plans as we cannot guarantee they will be available all day, most guests will leave the building at 5.30pm, however in some instances they will be available later than this, for example if they are particularly busy with fan autographs.

CAN I CHAT TO THE GUEST?

If the guest queue is not too long then yes, of course, you can spend a few minutes chatting to the guests, however, please be advised that if they are busy, then other people will also be waiting to meet the guest and you may be asked to move along politely after a few moments.

 

CAN I GIVE A GIFT TO A GUEST?

Whilst the majority of guests are open to this we cannot guarantee that they will accept all gifts over the course of the weekend due to a variety of reasons including luggage restrictions. Please gracefully accept the guest's decision in this matter.

 

CAN I GET A SELFIE WITH A GUEST?

Most guests are more than happy to have a selfie taken with you at their table, this is ENTIRELY at the discretion of the guest as is the price and we do ask that you respect their choices in this matter.

 

CAN I HUG A GUEST?

We are all fans too and we get that you may get excited at the prospect of meeting a huge personal hero and it's only natural to want to give them a hug of gratitude, but again, this is entirely up to the guest in question, we simply ask that if they say no, that you respect their personal and private space and decision.

 

WHAT CAN I GET SIGNED?

All guests in the Signing Halls will have a selection of 8x10 images provided for free when you purchase an autograph although you can have personal items signed instead - these can include posters, DVDs, books, action figures, etc but the guests do reserve the right to refuse the signing of certain items and some items may carry an additional fee, once again this is at their discretion or that of their representatives. We do try to warn customers in advance if we find out this is the case with a guest, but on rare occasions, the additional fee can be added by the guest on the day with no warning.
