For autograph and photograph purchases please allocate the full day to get the autos and photos you have ordered (9am-6pm). Sometimes guests schedules and time slots can alter and change for multiple reasons but we always get all paid in advance tickets through at some point in the day. We cannot be held responsible if you leave early to get a train, and then in turn do not leave enough time to make sure you can fulfil the opportunity. We cannot issue refunds if you leave early, or arrive too late.

DO I STILL NEED AN ENTRY TICKET IF I HAVE A PHOTO OR AUTOGRAPH TICKET?

Yes. Autographs, photographs and meet and greets are an optional extra on top of your general entry ticket. You can buy your Auto and Photo tickets as well as all types of entry ticket on our ALL TICKETS page.

I DIDN'T GET ANY TICKETS BEFOREHAND, CAN I BUY ON THE DAY?

Provided the opportunity is not sold out then yes, you can pay by cash or card at all of the guest tables.

DO I GET QUEUE PRIORITY FOR HAVING A PHOTO-OP TICKET BEFORE THE EVENT?

All customers that have purchased a photo-op or autograph ticket in advance will get priority in the autograph and photograph queue. Similarly, those who have a disability pass or a Monopoly Events Diamond Pass will also be able to jump the queue. You can pay on the day for autographs at the guest tables but only after 12.00pm, anyone who has pre-purchased a ticket gets access to signings first and can join the autograph queue anytime from 9.00am. Prepaid tickets also get priority in the photoshoot queue.

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE WAIT IN THE DIAMOND PASS QUEUE WITH ME?
Only the Diamond Pass holder will be allowed to stand in the queue to get their items signed or their photograph taken, however, we DO allow people to accompany a Diamond Pass holder in the queue IF they are clearly a carer or guardian to a minor, however, ONLY the pass holder can get the autograph or photograph and NOT the people accompanying them. Any carer or guardian in the Diamond Pass queue who wishes to have an item signed or be in the photograph with the original Pass holder will also need to have a Diamond Pass. WHO CAN BE IN MY PHOTO?

Each professional photograph taken has a maximum of four customers allowed in it regardless of age plus the celebrity guest/s as well. Each photo-op ticket will cover two people aged 5+, with under four's not needing a ticket at all.

EXAMPLES: A family of four with two adults and two 9-year-olds will need to purchase TWO tickets.
A couple wishing to have a photo op will only need to purchase ONE ticket.
A 9-year-old WITHOUT an adult in the photo will need to purchase ONE ticket.
A couple and a one-year-old would only need to purchase ONE ticket.

WHEN ARE THE PHOTOSHOOT TIMES?

Photoshoot times can be anytime at all during the opening hours of the event. The schedule is released around two weeks prior to the show and will be emailed to all customers who have purchased a ticket. Before making final travel plans please wait for the final schedule to be published.

WHAT TIMES DO GUESTS SIGN AUTOGRAPHS?

Our guests are usually available at signing tables from 9.30am until 5.30pm, this time is obviously interjected with other activities through the day such as live Q&A panels on stage, photoshoots, and break times (including lunch). There will be a schedule on the guests table and also at the end of their queue to help you to check times, please note, these are subject to time changes throughout the day if a photoshoot runs over etc., however, as mentioned previously, we do endeavour to make sure that these times are correct to the best of our ability throughout the course of the event.

 

Sometimes guests may arrive late or early due to travel requirements so please be aware of this when making your plans as we cannot guarantee they will be available all day, most guests will leave the building at 5.30pm, however in some instances they will be available later than this, for example if they are particularly busy with fan autographs.

 

CAN I GET A SELFIE WITH A GUEST?

Most guests are more than happy to have a selfie taken with you at their table, this is ENTIRELY at the discretion of the guest as is the price and we do ask that you respect their choices in this matter.

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS AFTER A SHOOT?

Photographs will be issued at 9x6 inch size in card frames within minutes after the photo shoot. You will receive 1 printed photo per person. Additional prints and digital copies will be available to purchase online by clicking on the YOUR PHOTOS tab on the menu, after the event has finished.
